Location
Where is the resort located?
In Bahceli (Esentepe), North Cyprus. 30 min by car from Ercan airport, 45 min from Girne harbour.
How do I get from the airport?
We recommend renting a car at the airport. Alternatively a private transfer can be arranged on request (45 min from Ercan, ~1.5 h from Larnaca via border crossing).
What is nearby?
Belapay monastery, the town and harbour of Girne, Alagadi turtle beach, restaurants and supermarkets within 5–15 minutes by car.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Stripe), bank transfer, GP WebPay, optionally deposit online with the rest paid on site.
What currency is the price in?
Euros (EUR). CZK conversion at current exchange rate.
Booking
How do I make a reservation?
Choose your check-in/out dates and number of guests, fill in the form. After payment (card or bank transfer), we will confirm by email.
Can I pay a deposit and balance on arrival?
Yes. Pay 30 % online, the rest in cash or by card at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, we keep the 30% deposit.
Accommodation
How many guests can stay?
The penthouse accommodates up to 4 guests (double bed + sofa bed for two).
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Is there a kitchen in the apartment?
Yes, a fully equipped kitchenette including fridge, hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunately no — the apartment is pet-free.
